Delicious sweet and sour chicken
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Chicken
2 tbsp. Cornstarch
Pre-heat oven to 375 f. Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and boneless chicken in an oven safe dish. Wisking makes it magically non-lumpy. Once it is all mixed well, add constarch to thicken the sauce to your liking (I used 3 tbsp). Place in oven for 45 minutes and enjoy on rice (or something else if you are crazy).
