Brownie Sheet Cake

Yummy brownies in a sheet cake form

Ingredients

80ml Cocoa
300ml Water
1 1/2 cups Margarine
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
20ml Vanilla
5ml Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sour Milk (5ml Vinegar & 1/2 cup Milk)
2 Eggs
2 cups Icing Sugar

Instructions

Bring to boil: 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 cup of water and 1 cup of margarine. Remove from heat and add 2 cups of flour and 2 cups of sugar. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 cup of sour milk (use 1/2 cup of regular milk and mix in 1 tsp. of vinegar) and 2 eggs. Pour into a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. In another pot, bring to boil: 4 tsp. of cocoa, 1/2 cup of margarine and 5 tbsp. of water. Remove from heat and add 2 cups of icing sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Mix well. After brownies are done, remove from the oven and pour icing over top evenly. Let cool to allow the icing to set. One step left; enjoy!
